Detroit — The owners of Saint Andrew's Hall have been fined $250 after failing to meet Tuesday's deadline to inform city engineers about what happened when the main floor started swaying during a Baby Keem concert last week.

The owners of the concert venue submitted the tardy structural engineering report Thursday. The report, however, is still being reviewed by the city's building enforcement and the process is lengthy, said Georgette Johnson, spokeswoman for the Detroit Public Works and Buildings, Safety Engineering, and Environment Department. "We'll continue to work with the owners to get the process completed,” Johnson told The Detroit News.
