Roseville seek suspect who held up man at ATM

Roseville — Police are on the lookout for a robber who held up a man at gunpoint at a local ATM Monday night.

According to police, the incident occurred at about 9:30 p.m. at a Bank of America located in the area of 12 Mile and Little Mack. The 36-year-old victim was approached from behind by the suspect, who then poked a small silver semi-automatic handgun into his back.

The victim was forced to withdraw $200 from his account after which the suspect fled west from the bank and jumped onto a bicycle. The suspect was last seen riding north on Harding.

Although visibly shaken, the victim was unharmed in the robbery.

Police have three photos of the suspect taken by the ATM. He is considered to be armed and dangerous. Anyone with information about the robbery is asked to call the Roseville Police Department at (586) 477-4484.
