Clinton Township police are seeking the public’s help to find a suspect in the robbery Tuesday of a Chase Bank.

The suspect entered the bank in the 20700 block of North Nunneley about 4:20 p.m. Tuesday, approached the teller, “then presented a note asking for all of the 100’s, 50’s and 20’s,” police said in a statement. “The suspect was given $1,566.00 and retained the note that he had presented. The subject then left the bank without incident.”

Police released surveillance images of the suspect. He is described as about 33-37 years old, between 5 feet 11 inches and 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 200 to 220 pounds. He appeared to be clean shaven and was last seen wearing a light gray denim cap, a blue mid-sleeve button-down shirt with diamond patterns and light-colored blue jeans.

Anyone who recognizes the suspect or has information about this incident is asked to call (586) 493-7839 or (586) 493-7851. Crime Stoppers also is offering a reward with information leading to an arrest.
