Bobby Hill’s legacy honored in Macomb County
The sculpted relief of former Macomb County Commissioner Bobby Hill was unveiled Monday at the county Administration Building. The unveiling took place at the Bobby Hill Welcoming Center in the building’s lobby. The Ministerial Alliance donated $6,200 for the relief. Hill’s daughter, Veronica Hill-Robinson, thanked the alliance and OneMacomb for spearheading the effort. “I know he would be humbled by this recognition. He was an extraordinary public servant and father,” she said, on what would have been Hill’s 84th birthday.
