Police are asking the public for help to find a missing Macomb Township man who was last seen on his boat, which was found partially submerged in Lake Huron Monday.

Patrick Michael Presutti, 59, has been missing since Aug. 29, according to Macomb County Sheriff Anthony Wickersham.

Anyone with information about Presutti or his whereabouts should call the Sheriff’s Detective Bureau at (586) 307-9358.

Presutti is 5-foot-10, weighs 230 pounds and has gray hair and brown eyes.

He was last seen leaving his home and his wife reported he was missing the next day, officials said.

On Monday, police found Presutti’s boat — a 2000 310 SeaRay Sundancer —abandoned and partially submerged in Lake Huron, seven miles off shore in Sanilac County.

The Times Herald of Port Huron reported a freighter crew reported seeing the bow of the 31-foot boat. The Sanilac County Sheriff’s Office was called to help recover the vessel and says it appeared to have been intentionally sunk.
