A 61-year-old Macomb Township man reported missing by his roommate last Wednesday has been found alive, authorities said Monday.

Gerald William McMillan was located at 10 a.m. Monday in Port Huron, said Lt. John Michalke of the Macomb County Sheriff’s Office. He declined to comment further.

McMillan was previously last seen 7:30 a.m. by his roommate who reported he had left their home on River Hill Drive for work at about 5:30 a.m., returned to get some keys and his wallet and left again.

It was believed McMillan was headed to Royal Container in Oak Park, where he worked, but he never arrived, authorities said.
