Two Detroit men accused of a series of armed robberies plotted through Craigslist were arraigned in court Wednesday.

Authorities say Jvon Ford, 20, and Quazeal March, 17, face armed robbery, weapons and computer crime charges for three separate incidents March 28, Saturday and Monday.

Bond was set at $750,000 for Ford and for March.

Police say Ford, March and a juvenile suspect pretended to list a vehicle for sale online, arranged to meet the prospective buyers and then robbed them.

But on Monday, the three suspects were arrested in an undercover operation by police. Officers discovered three people were selling a vehicle that day and arranged to meet them in Roseville, police said. Once the three arrived, officers moved in and arrested two of them. The third drove off but was later arrested.

Police say they recovered a handgun during the incident.

Ford and March will be held at the Macomb County Jail. Both men are due back in court at 8:15 a.m. April 20.
