A Southfield man has been charged with taking pictures of a person changing in a store last month, according to police.

Brandon Devon Woods, 27, has been charged with two counts of capturing an image of an unclothed person, Sterling Heights Police said in a statement Thursday. Each count is a felony and punishable by up to 5 years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000.

He was formally charged with the crimes in 41-A District Court and a judge ordered him held on a $10,000 bond.

Police accuse Woods of taking pictures of women in dressing rooms last month at a Target Store located on Metropolitan Parkway at Dequindre Road, officials said.
