A manhunt for a suspect in a Clinton Township double homicide entered its second day Tuesday, with police searching for the brother of one of the victims.

The bodies of Seren Bryan, 19, and his girlfriend, Danielle Marzejka, 18, were found Sunday in a shed in a Clinton Township mobile home.

Police said Marzejka's brother, 24-year-old Robert Leo Marzejka, is a person of interest in the case.

"We're still looking for him," Clinton Township Capt. Richard Maierle said Tuesday.

Marzejka was reported to be driving a white 1999 Ford E-250 van with a Michigan license plate DGM7658. Blue duct tape appears around the driver's side rear window, police said.

The bodies of Bryan and his girlfriend were found in a shed behind the woman's home on Culver in Rudgate, a mobile home community north of 16 Mile and west of Groesbeck.

Robert Leo Marzejka was last seen driving a white 1999 Ford E-250 van, Michigan license plate # DGM7658, with blue duct tape around the driver's side rear window.

Macomb Probate Court records show Marzejka was listed as a "mentally ill person," and a petition was filed in 2015 to commit him to a mental hospital, although the petition was dismissed in January 2018.

Maierle said he believes Marzejka suffers from mental illness. The captain added he isn't sure of a motive for the murder.

"Unfortunately, the victim isn't around to tell us, and we can't find (Marzejka)," Maierle said.

Anyone with information on Marzejka's whereabouts or his van is asked to contact the Clinton Township Police Department at (586) 493-7802, the U.S. Marshals Service DFAT at (313) 234-5656 or Crime Stoppers of Michigan, which is offering at $2,500 reward for information leading to an arrest, at 1-800-SPEAKUP.
