Woman, 75, dies in Roseville house fire
Roseville — A woman has died and another is hospitalized after a house fire Saturday morning in Roseville, authorities said.
The two women were residents of the home in the 28200 block of Maple Street, near Martin Road and Gratiot Avenue.
Roseville Deputy Fire Chief Donald Glandon said the department dispatched to the home at 8:30 a.m. on reports of a large fire.
When they arrived, firefighters recovered a 75-year-old woman who was pronounced dead. A 42-year-old woman was rescued and taken to the hospital.
Glandon said the incident is under investigation and couldn't provide further details.
