WB I-94 reopens at Harper in Macomb Co. following crash

Westbound Interstate 94 has reopened at Harper in St. Clair Shores after a crash, state officials said.

The Michigan Department of Transportation said the freeway's westbound lanes were closed at about 7:30 a.m. and they reopened at about 10 a.m.
