Ever wonder if it’s safe to venture across the lake in your snowmobile? Or where you can ice fish this season?

“Ask the DNR” is returning to WNMU-TV (Ch. 13) in the Upper Peninsula at 8 p.m. Dec. 4 with a focus on ice fishing, snowmobiling regulations, a recap of the deer hunting season so far and a look at hunting opportunities in December.

Anyone with questions can call in, the Department of Natural Resources says.

The hour-long program will air on the public television station in Marquette. The live show will feature a panel of DNR employees.

Viewers can call in with their questions at (906) 227-9668 or (800) 227-9668.

The show will feature Sgt. Marc Pomroy, a DNR law enforcement officer; Brian Roell, a wildlife biologist; Darren Kramer, a fisheries biologist; and Debbie Munson Badini, deputy public information officer.

“Ask the DNR” is produced five times a year.
