Guns found in pickup after rival motorcycle clubs fight

Battle Creek — A fight between what authorities say were rival motorcycle clubs led police in western Michigan to several men and weapons in a pickup truck.

On Saturday, officers found six handguns, two shotguns, knives, Mace, an assault rifle magazine, ammunition and marijuana in the vehicle.

Three men in the truck were arrested on weapons charges. A fourth man was being held for marijuana possession.

Police say members of the Outlaws and Avengers reportedly were fighting late Friday night in Battle Creek, southeast of Grand Rapids.
