Webberville — Officials say a worker missing after a grain storage building wall collapsed at a Michigan agricultural services company’s facility has been found dead.

Chicago-based Archer Daniels Midland says the contractor, whose name wasn’t immediately released, was found early Thursday following an all-night effort.

Spokeswoman Jackie Anderson says in a statement that safety “is a top priority at all of our facilities.” The cause of the collapse is under investigation.

Northeast Ingham Emergency Services Authority Director Dave Harper earlier told the Lansing State Journal that officials accounted for all other workers at the Archer Daniels Midland facility in Webberville.

Several crews were working near the building when the wall fell about 1:15 p.m. Wednesday.

Archer Daniels Midland produces food ingredients, animal feeds and feed ingredients, biofuels and other products.
