Wyoming, Mich. — Four teens face malicious destruction of property charges as police in western Michigan investigate more than 50 reports of vehicles shot by BB guns.

WOOD-TV reports that three 16-year-old boys and one 14-year-old boy from the Wyoming area were arrested about 4:15 a.m. Saturday.

Wyoming police Lt. Mark Easterly says the number of vehicles damaged is expected to rise to between 80 and 100. Most of the vehicles were shot Thursday and Friday nights.

Easterly says some homes also may have been hit with BBs.

Wyoming is just southwest of Grand Rapids.
