Severe thunderstorm warning issued for Wayne Co.

A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued Thursday for Wayne County by the National Weather Service until 2:30 p.m.

Storms have developed along the Interstate 94 corridor and are moving east around 25-30 miles per hour, according to the agency. The storms could be bring hail, strong-to-severe winds and possibly lightning, it said.

The most severe weather is expected between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m.
