Insider: Michigan's redistricting panel budgets for documentary

With maps approved and litigation expected, Michigan's Independent Citizens Redistricting Commission plans to tell its story in a documentary, even over objections from two commissioners who refuse to allow their likenesses to be used. 

The commission voted Dec. 16 to budget up to $49,999 for the documentary, which spokesman Edward Woods described as more of a "Lessons Learned" video.
