Reward offered in Troy bank robbery

Troy — A $2,500 reward is being offered for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a hooded suspect who robbed a TCF Bank Thursday morning.

Troy Police, in conjunction with the FBI Oakland County Gangs & Violent Crimes Task Force, released a photo of the suspect responsible for walking into the bank at 1484 Coolidge about 11 a.m. and making off with an undisclosed amount of cash.

The suspect is described as a white man, about 40 years old, 6 feet tall and 200 pounds, with short, sandy-brown hair. He was dressed in a black Carhartt jacket over a black hooded sweatshirt, stonewashed denim jeans and brown shoes.
