A fundraiser is planned Saturday in Plymouth Township to boost a reward now at nearly $130,000 for tips in the case of a missing Farmington Hills woman.

A women-only self-defense event fundraiser is scheduled from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday to support efforts to find Danielle Stislicki, 28, who vanished Dec. 2 after leaving work.

A $20 donation per participant will be collected upon entry at the event, which is led by Second Nature Self Defense, 40700 Ann Arbor Road in Plymouth Township, organizers said in a post on the Find Danielle Stislicki Facebook page.

It’s the first part of a self-defense seminar series. The second part takes place Feb. 11.

Space is limited and pre-registration is required at (734) 775-6257.

“All money will go towards the cause of locating Danielle,” organizers wrote.

Authorities are still seeking tips to find Stislicki as loved ones work to keep her case in the public eye.

After she failed to show for a planned meet-up Dec. 2, a friend went to her apartment complex near Halsted and Grand River at around 6 p.m. the next day. Stislicki’s mud-covered black 2015 Jeep Renegade was found locked about 10 feet from the door with her purse inside.

Federal, state and local law enforcement agencies have helped Farmington Hills investigators work to find her.

Last month, investigators said they believed the woman was a crime victim but declined to release details.

A reward for tips is nearly $130,000. Supporters have also created a website for information.

Stislicki is described as 5-foot-5, with wavy, medium-length brown hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a black zip-up shirt, a blue Eddie Bauer coat and burgundy boots.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Farmington Hills Police Department at (248) 871-2610.
