Farmington Hills — Crime Stoppers of Michigan is offering up to $1,000 for tips leading to a suspect in a robbery last week at a Bank of America location.

Surveillance footage captured the man entering the bank in the 25000 block of Middlebelt at about 1:37 p.m. May 31.

He did not appear to have a weapon but approached the teller with a note that read “Give me your $100s and $50s quietly and safely,” authorities said in a statement Wednesday.

The suspect fled through the main door with an undisclosed amount and went to his vehicle parked in the strip mall’s parking lot, the release read.

He is described as a short African-American male with a stocky build, a heavy beard and mustache. He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt with a red Polo logo, black shorts, black socks, white tennis shoes, a black hat and black sunglasses.
