The Oakland County Sheriff's Office arrested a 74-year-old Rochester Hills man Sunday night after the man was allegedly spotted masturbating outside of a Target store by three teen girls, including two 14-year-olds, police said.

The arrest took place about 8:40 p.m. in the parking lot of the Rochester Hills Target on the 2800 block of South Rochester Road. After seeing the man's genitals exposed, the girls, aged 14, 14 and 18, alerted their parents, who called police.

Police arrived to find the man in a green Chevy Trailblazer, with "his pants undone and his genitalia exposed," according to a sheriff's department statement on the arrest.

Police arrested the man without incident, searched for and found evidence in the Trailblazer, and impounded the vehicle. Police say the suspect "made admissions" during his interview with investigators.

"Due to the suspect's severe medical ailments and condition," though, he was eventually released from custody, pending charges.
