Detroit police looking for missing teenager

Detroit — Police are asking for the public’s help in locating a 14-year-old student who was last seen on Sept. 25 as he left for school.

According to reports, Jermarlo Harris took a cab from his home to the Consortium Voyager College Preparatory Academy High School, but he was not at his pick-up position at 3:30 p.m. the same day.

Jermarlo is a black male, 6 feet tall, 183 pounds with a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a navy-blue collar shirt, beige dress pants and black dress shoes. He was carrying a black book bag.

Jermarlo has been diagnosed for bipolar disorder for which he takes medication. He has gone missing 11 previous times and has been known to frequent downtown Detroit.

He has also been known to dress like a girl and goes by the name Ariel as his alter ego name.
