Detroit Tigers gear stolen at Comerica shop break-in

Detroit – — A thief or thieves broke into Comerica Park’s D Shop early Sunday morning and made off with some Detroit Tiger merchandise, police said.
The break-in happened shortly after 5 a.m., Detroit Police Sgt. Eren Stephens said.
“An unknown person broke out a window and took merchandise that was on display,” Stephens said. “The suspect fled from the location.”
Stephens characterized the robbery as a “smash and grab.”
