Detroit — There’s nothing like a dirty, nasty, filled-with-cheap-shots hockey game to start the weekend.

Of course nothing like that will happen at the Seventh Annual Hockey Game between members of the Detroit Police and Fire Department hockey teams tonight at the Clark Park Ice Rink in southwest Detroit.

There is a $5 admittance donation with all proceeds going to the Clark Park Coalition, which is responsible for the care and maintenance of the park.

The rink is located at 1130 Clark, which is located north of the Fisher Freeway, south of Vernor, west of W. Grand Boulevard and east of Junction.

The puck will be dropped at 6 p.m.

Gloves will be dropped at 6:01 p.m.
