Detroit —Michigan State Police are investigating a crash that took the life of a Troy man who died when his car crashed into the back of a truck Tuesday afternoon.

According to police, Klajdi Koka, 36, died when his 2002 Honda Civic smashed into the back of a slow/stopped truck and trailer on northbound Interstate 75 near Clark Street.

Police said Koka’s car wedged itself beneath the trailer after failing to stop in a sure clear distance.

Koka was pronounced dead at the scene.
