Westbound Interstate 94 near Conner on Detroit’s east side has reopened after a multi-car crash left several people injured Thursday afternoon, Michigan State Police said.

Troopers were dispatched about 3:15 p.m. after two separate incidents: one involving two vehicles and another with five, state police said in a statement.

“There were some minor injuries involved in the second crash and the injured parties were transported (to) local hospitals for non-life threatening injuries,” police said.

All lanes were cleared by 6 p.m., according to MDOT.

State police were investigating the crash. They did not release additional details.
