Man charged with attacking ex-girlfriend in her home
Taylor — A 23-year-old Taylor man was arraigned Monday on charges that he broke into the home of his ex-girlfriend, sexually assaulted her and then attacked their 3-year-old daughter.
The man, Jeremy Rozycki, is accused of breaking into the home of the 23-year-old woman in the 11700 block of Pine Street around 10:30 p.m. Saturday.
Rozycki has been charged with first-degree home invasion, two counts of criminal sexual conduct, third-degree child abuse and aggravated stalking, according to the Wayne County Prosecutor’s Office.
The man was arraigned before 23rd District Judge Geno D. Salomone. Rozycki received a $500,000 cash/surety bond.
A probable cause hearing in the matter has been scheduled for Sept. 9 and a preliminary examination will be Sept. 14.
