Lincoln Park — Police have identified the second man sought in the kidnapping and rape of a woman in the parking lot of a drug store on March 30.

Authorities said 19-year-old Fernando Anderson IV is the suspected accomplice of a man currently in police custody. Anderson is considered armed and dangerous, police said.

The first suspect turned himself in at about 8 p.m. Monday, police say.

The two men are accused of pulling a handgun on a woman as she was parked at a drug store. The pair then drove the woman around in her vehicle while taking turns raping her.

Police say the man in custody was captured on a surveillance camera buying cigarettes at a local gas station convenience store.

The man pictured has been arrested and is suspected in connection with a kidnapping and rape in Lincoln Park.

The ordeal ended when Anderson had to go home because of his 10 p.m. curfew, a requirement of his tether.
