Missing Westland teen with autism found in Livonia

A Westland teen diagnosed with autism who was missing all day has been found in Livonia.

Westland police say Joshua White, 13, was found with the help of Livonia Police at the Home Depot at Schoolcraft and Middlebelt. He’s being reunited with his parents, Deputy Chief Brian Miller said in a statement.

White left his house near Inkster and Ann Arbor Trail on foot at about 9 a.m. Thursday.
