$1K reward offered on Westland BB gun shooter

A $1,000 reward is being offered for anyone with information about a BB gun being used to break out car windows in Westland, police said.

Westland police with the help of Crime Stoppers are offering the cash reward concerning incidents that occurred between 9 p.m. Wednesday and 5:45 a.m. Thursday, according to a news release. Multiple car windows were found broken in the 7000 block of E. Bonnie, 7600 block of N. Merriman and the 31600 block of Cowan.

There are no suspects, Sgt. Robert Wilkie said.
