A former Grosse Pointe Woods court administrator was arraigned Monday in connection with allegations that she mishandled court funds.

She was arraigned in 32A District Court in Harper Woods. A not-guilty plea was entered for Moore. Bond was set at $25,000 personal bond and a probable cause conference was scheduled for Jan. 17. A preliminary examination on the charges also was scheduled for Jan. 25. Both hearings will be held at 1:30 p.m.

According to the court records and a Grosse Pointe Woods official, the case stems from irregularities involving court funds that were discovered in August.

Moore was terminated in September. The case was investigated by the Michigan State Police.

Efforts to reach Moore’s attorney were unsuccessful.
