Woodhaven Police Chief Vincent Price said Tuesday detectives continue to investigate the shooting and it doesn't appear there are any other suspects involved in the shooting.

"Our detectives are still conducting their investigations," he said. "(They) have advised that there is no information or evidence which would allude to any additional suspects in this incident."

Police said Monday the department received several calls at 7:45 p.m about "a possible domestic dispute and gunshots being heard" at the Marsh Creek apartments near Allen and Van Horn roads.

Officers found the man, woman and boy dead in an apartment. Authorities did not describe their relationship or release names.

A handgun was recovered at the scene Monday night, according to authorities.

Meanwhile, district officials where the child attended were notified about the incident. Price said Tuesday the boy attended classes in the Wyandotte Public Schools district.
