Police are asking the public for help to find a missing two-year-old boy from River Rouge.

Michigan State Police Tuesday issued an endangered missing advisory for Denver Alexander Statton.

Officials said the boy was last seen at about 7 a.m. Monday at 84 1/2 Pine Street near West Jefferson Avenue and Coolidge Highway in River Rouge.

Police said the boy's non-custodial father, Steven Miracle, was visiting Denver and spent the night before at the home.

The next morning, Miracle left with Denver and stole a vehicle from the residence, according to authorities.

Police are looking for a silver, 2001 Ford Taurus with license plate number DND5072.

Anyone with information about Denver's or Miracle's whereabouts should call 911 or the River Rouge Police at (313) 842-8700 ext. 5.
