It was about 3 a.m. Wednesday when a 911 call came in from a witness who saw a minivan pushing a Corvette from a storage lot at Miller and Rotunda. Officers arrived to speak with the witness and found the lot's metal gate had been damaged, allowing entry.

Police believe that two Corvettes were stolen from the lot. One was recovered by Michigan State Police at McGraw and 30th Street in Detroit. The other has not been recovered.

Dearborn police are asking anyone with information on the stolen vehicles to call (313) 943-2241.
