Crime Stoppers offers $1,000 for tips on accused ID thief

Crime Stoppers of Michigan is offering up to $1,000 for information leading to the arrest of a woman who stole another woman's identity.
Rita Cerilli-Boluch, 53, is accused of stealing more than $140,000 from an elderly woman, officials said.
Cerilli-Boluch, who last lived on Moran Street in Lincoln Park, is 5-foot-7-inches tall, weighs 148 pounds and has blue eyes and blond hair.
