ACCESS to host job fair Wednesday in Dearborn

The nonprofit social service group ACCESS is hosting a job fair Wednesday in Dearborn, featuring more than 100 employers in fields such as retail, banking, food service, education, manufacturing and health care.

The event runs 9 a..m. to 1 p.m. at the Ford Community & Performing Arts Center, 15801 Michigan Ave. It’s slated to have representatives from Beaumont Health, FedEx Ground, AK Steel, Detroit Police Department, DTE Energy and Lowe’s as well as recruiters from universities and state agencies, officials said.

Candidates should bring multiple copies of their resume and prepare to interview with recruiters on-site.
