Ecorse — Police arrested a homeowner after a drug and prostitution raid Thursday, officials said.

Michigan State Police said the raid was prompted by numerous reports about drug sales, overdoses and prostitution at the home on High Street. High runs parallel to West Jefferson.

Troopers along with federal agents and police officers from six nearby communities executed a search warrant at the 1,000-square-foot home. Inside, they found 13 people and several of them showed signs of overdose.

Officials said they summoned medics. Troopers administered Narcan to one of the people with successful results.

They also found crack cocaine and heroin packaged for sale.

Authorities said the home's owner is being held on felony warrants and police are seeking additional charges.
