Opinion: Less reliable electricity costs more in Michigan. It's time to fix the grid

It keeps happening. After a summer full of mass power outages, high winds this month left hundreds of thousands of Michigan utility customers in the dark. These events have everyone from state legislators on both sides of the aisle to the general public talking about how they have had enough and it is time to fix the grid.
