Harvard profs say ‘no’ to rape policy
The Obama administration has chosen to make tackling campus sexual assaults a high priority. The pressure coming from the administration, as well as the threat of losing federal funds, has forced universities around the country to create extremely strict and unrealistic guidelines regarding sexual encounters between students.

To protest, a group of 28 Harvard law professors recently spoke out against the university’s new sexual assault policy, saying the rules are “starkly one-sided” and trample on due process. They’re right.
