Editorial: Get vaccines out of storage, into arms
The development and production of a COVID-19 vaccine in just 10 months was a monumental accomplishment. Now it risks being marginalized by the bungling of distribution of the life-saving inoculations.
The frustrating thing is that millions of doses of the vaccines are available, but states, including Michigan, are allowing them to sit in storage because of inadequate plans for getting them in arms. There’s no good excuse for that.
