By Alumni Association of the University of Michigan
Join the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan on 5/19 for MAC CON to take the first step toward obtaining a truly fulfilling career.

Join the Alumni Association of the University of Michigan on Friday, May 19 for MAC CON to take the first step toward obtaining a truly fulfilling career. At this exciting Michigan Alumni Career Conference, over the course of a single day, you'll take a journey of self-discovery and lay out a roadmap to success.

Taking place at the U of M Alumni Center in Ann Arbor, MAC CON begins with a series of personality assessments that help you look introspectively and discover some of your traits and perceptions that may impact career success.

With this enlightened understanding, you will reflect on how personality traits may affect your choice of occupation, and then identify possible career options.

After the self-discovery and reflection portions are complete, you will assemble a plan of action with input and suggestions from career coaches.

Once a clear understanding of needs is established, you’ll attend pertinent panel discussions with industry experts. It all comes together at a networking event that puts you in contact with employers currently looking to hire.

This conference is all about helping you get the most out of your career -– and we want you to get the most out of this conference. Take a look at the agenda and set up a schedule that works best for you. Whether it’s taking full advantage of everything the conference has to offer, or only attending the networking event, you’ll be taking a giant step toward reaching your career goals.
