DeAndre Levy, Brandon Pettigrew appear doubtful vs. Vikings
Allen Park — The Lions will likely be missing at least two key starters Sunday when they play in Minnesota.

Linebacker DeAndre Levy (hip) and tight end Brandon Pettigrew (hamstring) both missed practice Friday and have been out all week, so they’ll likely be listed as doubtful at best when the Lions release their injury designations for Week 2 around 4 p.m. Friday.
All of the other players were practicing, though the injury report will also detail which players were limited.
For now, it looks likely that cornerback Darius Slay (ankle), wide receiver Golden Tate (quad) and defensive tackle Haloti Ngata (shoulder) will play. The status of guard Larry Warford (ankle) and defensive tackle Caraun Reid (ankle) is unknown.
