Real Madrid is traveling light for its upcoming International Champions Cup Tour, which stops in Ann Arbor July 30 for a match against Chelsea at Michigan Stadium.

Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, Toni Kroos and Pepe are among the noticeable exclusions from those traveling with the club, which landed in Montreal on Sunday.

Ronaldo and Pepe played for Euro 2016 champions Portugal, while Bale for Wales and Kroos for Germany enjoyed extended runs for their national teams at the recently-completed tournament in France. Colombian winger James Rodriguez appears to be on the way out with rumors of him going to English Premier League West Ham.

The reigning UEFA Champions League title holders will train in Montreal in preparation for the first International Champions Cup match Wednesday, July 27, against Paris Saint-Germain in Columbus, Ohio.

Manager Zinedine Zidane’s depleted roster includes striker Karim Benzema, who was left off the French national team’s roster for Euro 2016 due to his alleged involvement in a plot to blackmail a teammate over a sex tape.

Nine academy players are included and the manager has enlisted his two sons, goalkeeper Luca and midfielder Enzo, to fortify the Galacticos roster.
