Ypsilanti – When you watch the Green Bay Packers on TV, you might -- or might not -- notice the player introductions.

Offensive lineman T.J. Lang's introduction before Sunday's matchup against the New York Giants was perhaps the most interesting.

Lang, who went to high school at Birmingham Brother Rice, usually announces his high school alma mater. Sunday, however, was different. He announced his college alma mater instead -- the 4-2 Eastern Michigan football team.

Is it because Eastern is winning? Perhaps. But EMU lost 35-20 on Saturday to Toledo.

As for Brother Rice?

It blanked Stevensville-Lakeshore 14-0 on Friday night.
