The Detroit News

Ohio State freshman running back Mike Weber of Detroit Cass Tech has suffered a torn meniscus and will be out 3-4 weeks, according to a report.
Eleven Warriors says Weber will have surgery on Tuesday.
Weber, who picked Ohio State over Michigan in a highly-publicized recruiting battle, was having a good camp and was competing with Bri'onte Dunn for the No. 2 running back job behind Ezekiel Elliott.
Weber rushed for 2,265 yards and 29 TD during his senior season at Cass Tech and was named the No. 1 Blue Chip recruit by The Detroit News.
