Key matchup: Navy’s triple-option vs. the Pitt defense. With Keenan Reynolds leading the way, the Midshipmen averaged 319.2 yards rushing per game, third-best in the nation.  The Panthers ranked 20th in the country against the run, allowing 126.1 yards per game.

Players to watch: Navy — Reynolds has scored 85 career touchdowns (all rushing), the most in Division I history. He has rushed for a school-record 4,415 yards and has a career record of 31-13 and his 512 career points are the second-most in NCAA history. Pittsburgh — Freshman RB Qadree Ollison moved up following injuries and finished with 1,048 yards rushing, averaging 5.1 per attempt, and 10 touchdowns.
