U-D Jesuit's Scott Nelson picks Wisconsin

Scott Nelson, a three-star safety from U-D Jesuit, committed to Wisconsin’s 2017 recruiting class on Monday.

“Blessed and thankful to announce I will be committing to the University of Wisconsin,” Nelson wrote on Twitter.

Nelson (6-2, 190 pounds) is ranked the No. 2 safety in Michigan and No. 37 at his position nationally by Scout.com.

Nelson chose the Badgers over his other finalists, Iowa and Penn State. He was also offered by Michigan State and Michigan.
