East Lansing – Michigan State will play in the 2015 Wooden Legacy, an eight-team tournament that takes place over the Thanksgiving weekend in Anaheim, Calif.

Joining the Spartans in the 2015 field are Arizona, Boise State, Boston College, Evansville, Providence, Santa Clara and UC-Irvine. The first two days of games will be played at Titan Gym on the campus of Cal State Fullerton with the final day, including the championship game, taking place at the Honda Center.

It will be the third year of the event in its current format after the Wooden Classic, a two-game exhibition, and the Anaheim Classic, an eight-team tournament, combined to form the Wooden Legacy in 2013. This year's tournament runs Nov. 27-30.

It will be the first time Michigan State has played in the event or either of the two predecessors to the current setup.
