South Carolina remained at No. 1 in The Associated Press poll for the fourth straight week after a 62-point win in its lone game, while Michigan State moved up one spot to No. 18.

With most teams taking exams, there wasn't much movement in Monday's Top 25. The first 14 teams remained unchanged with UConn, Texas, Texas A&M and Notre Dame following the Gamecocks, who received 25 first-place ballots.

Michigan State (6-2) won its only game this past week, a 90-38 romp Sunday over Loyola-Chicago. The Spartans are one of five Big Ten teams in the Top 25. Nebraska leads the way at No. 12, followed by No. 14 Maryland, No. 17 Rutgers, and No. 23 Iowa.
