The favorite to win the NCAA Tournament isn't hard to figure out.

Kentucky, with its sparkling 34-0 record and the tournament's No. 1 overall seed, has 6/5 odds to finish what it couldn't do a year ago when the Wildcats lost in the national title game to Connecticut, according to Bovada.

Next is Arizona (31-3), the No. 2 seed in the Midwest region, at 15/2.

Michigan State, meanwhile, is one of three teams with 40/1 odds to win the tournament, along with Kansas and North Carolina. Michigan State (23-11), the No. 7 seed in the East, opens the tournament at 12:40 p.m. Friday against No. 10 seed Georgia (21-11) in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The Spartans have 12/1 odds to win the East, fifth-best in the region behind favorite and No. 1 seed Villanova (9/5), potential third-round opponent Virginia (9/4), Northern Iowa (8/1) and Oklahoma (9/1).
